How do I check my order status?
To gain full details of your order status and despatch details, go to the My Account section of our website and click on the My Orders link. From there, select the order in question. The current status of the order will be displayed.
What is your returns policy?
To attain your RMA number, simply call 0844 573 1001
Quote your Customer Number, Invoice Number and the Product Number on the Product.
You will be assigned a unique RMA number providing the goods:
* Have been purchased less than 28 days ago,
* Are unsoiled,
* And have not been personalised or customised in any way.
Please make a note of the RMA number on the returns form below and return it with your goods.
Please note: Earrings and Belly Studs cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are faulty.
Distance Selling Regulations
If your order has been placed via the telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. This does not include CDs, DVDs or software that have been opened/unsealed.
To ensure you are refunded the total cost for the products including the original postage you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or write to, Robinsons, PO Box 511, Wigan, WN1 9AE within 7 working days (not including weekends or public holidays) after the day your order was received. Any additional postage costs from the standard service, such as our premium delivery 'express' will not be refunded. Only the cost for the standard service. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us and must take good care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.
*This does not apply to part order cancellations.
How do I change my delivery address and billing address?
Login to the website to add alternative delivery addresses and amend existing billing address details. Using the My Account button at the top of the page, you can navigate to the ‘Delivery Address’ and ‘Billing Address’ sections to make the necessary changes.
How do I make changes to my account?
If you wish to amend your personal details, click on My Account. Within this section, you are able to update your ‘Password’, ‘Newsletter Preferences’, ‘Reviews’ and ‘Online Voucher.
Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept postal orders and cheques (for posted orders) and all major credit/debit cards as follows:
Robinsons MBNA Visa Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Electron cards.
We’re sorry but we do not currently accept Laser Card.

How do I obtain the latest Catalogue?
Ordering a catalogue is easy, click on the Request a Catalogue link from the Quick Link menu at the bottom of every page. You will need to be logged in or create an account to request your catalogue, then just select the catalogue you'd like and click the Request Catalogue button.

The postal charge is dependent upon the weight, size and destination of your parcel. For a single standard parcel, to selected countries the following delivery options apply…
