International Customers

Hi, Ola, Bonjour, Ciao, etc... We've been the UK's largest equestrian mail order provider for over 25 years. Since our very first catalogue, we've been proud to attract orders from overseas. Today, we have customers in almost every country in the world
How do I place an Overseas Order?
Our international shipping rates are dependent upon the weight of your order and the destination of your delivery. When you place your order, our database will calculate the weight of your total order and will note the delivery address you provide. It will then automatically provide you with a price to send the items you require to the address you have specified.
If you would prefer a postal quote prior to ordering, please send an email with the items which you require to customer.service@robinsonsequestrian.com and one of our operators will reply with a postal charge. Credit/Debit cards will only charge for the items that we are able to send you, at the time that your order is processed. VAT will be deducted if applicable.
You will be liable for payment of all import duties; therefore we suggest you contact your local customs office if you have a query regarding this.
We regret that due to flying restrictions, liquids, aerosols and gels can no longer be delivered outside the UK and Ireland.
Please Note: There may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers.
VAT (Value Added Tax):
If you are able to demonstrate VAT exemption, you will be able to claim back British Value Added Tax (VAT) for many items featured in this catalogue. Please consult the criteria for VAT exemption (below) to check whether this applies to your order:- Companies registered for VAT (or its equivalent tax) in the European Union.
Individuals who are resident outside the European Community (including BFPO addresses and the Channel Islands) are VAT exempt. Private individuals residing anywhere within the European Union will be unable to reclaim the current UK VAT rate from their purchases
Child's products, books and some supplements are zero rated, therefore not VAT deductible.
BFPO orders are only eligible for VAT exemption when placed by post, accompanied by written authorisation from the Commanding Officer. Please note, Postage & Packaging is subject to quotation for BFPO orders. All BFPO orders must be within the size and weight limits of BFPO traffic for BFPO postage to apply. Orders which exceed these limits must be quoted for in the same way as a standard export order.
Please ensure that you contact your local customs office in the country of your delivery to confirm whether or not you may be liable to local import taxes, duty and VAT (or equivalent) upon arrival of any products supplied by Robinsons from the United Kingdom to you or your freight agent. The customer is liable for payment of all import duties.
