Delivery was a nightmare! In this day and age you shouldn't have to wait in all day for a package! Use a different company - most track orders on the Internet to the hour. I paid next day delivery and it arrived the next day, the order was complete.

Comb is fine but arrived bent, too expensive to return it so left a bit disappointed.
